My favourite workouts …
I enjoy a variety of workouts, but my absolute favourite is Pilates. The focus on core strength, flexibility, and alignment resonates with me. I love how it promotes both physical and mental wellness definitely mental as you focus on 9 pilates principales Breathing, concentration , control , centering, Precision balanced , flow , relaxation , Whole body movement , it definitely allowing me to connect with my body in a mindful way. Additionally, I appreciate the challenge it offers; each session feels like a step towards improving my strength and balance.
I also enjoy incorporating some cardio workouts, like running 5k or 10k depending on days . These activities keep my heart healthy and add an element of fun to my routine. Ultimately, I believe that a mix of Pilates and cardio keeps my workouts enjoyable and motivating. Pilates it’s definitely a top tier .
Lifting weights is an excellent way to build strength, improve muscle tone, and boost your overall fitness level. It involves resistance training, which challenges your muscles and encourages them to adapt and grow stronger over time. Whether you’re lifting dumbbells, using resistance bands, or engaging with weight machines, the benefits extend beyond just physical appearance. Regular weight training can enhance your metabolism, support joint health, and even elevate your mood by releasing endorphins. It's important to start with a weight that feels manageable no need extra over the time when you feel comfortable enough with lifting you can definitely add more weight it’s called progressive overload which is increasing resistance and repetitions of an exercise , focusing on proper form to prevent injury and ensure maximum benefit and continue to challenge your body and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Becoming a fitness trainer and health coach is an exciting journey where you can inspire and help others. As a trainer, you'll continuously learn and adapt to each client's needs while sharing your love for a healthier lifestyle. It’s just amazing to see clients unhealthy lifestyle changing for an healthy habits it’s a total satisfaction .Something you can be proud of as Fitness trainer .
The results
Do not give up !! I have for years after giving birth to my first two children been so unhealthy having the worst relationship with food and bad habits .
My body was going through it facing hair loss , skin rashes and many more .
Until i decided to make a change , the hard work behind it get me to that results i have to say it wasn’t easy but like i always said nothing is imposible .
Seeing the results is a total satisfaction and clearly the proof of the efforts i put through my fitness journey .
If i could do it you can do it! It isn’t about being superhuman it’s about workout hard with dedication,motivation,discipline and the most of all maintaining an healthy diet , healthy habits .
Officially 5k runner
How amazing our body is capable to archieved as fitness goals with discipline ,determination ,dedication and of course being passionate about it .
Like i mentioned in a previous post i couldn’t imagine 5 years ago i could be able to run 5k or even participating to a race . I’m so proud of what i’ve archieved so far in fitness . I Took my first race on October 6th 2024 at Victoria London Park , with my Husband and children by myself cheering me up . I have to say it was an amazing experience sharing the race with others runners , cheering each other up and finally make it to the finish line. Definitely something to be proud of . I CAN’T WAIT for another race if there is something about taking a race you need to know it’s you become addicted quite fast !
Supplements…
On the top of nutrition i also take supplements, which i devide in two health supplements such as multivitamin ,calcium & vitamin D (Great for the joints and bones ) tumeric supplement has some great benefits on the body . Fitness supplements such as protein powder (to build muscles ) creatine powder or pills (help to supply energy to muscles cells during high intensity short duration exercise . So many supplements are available on the market after it all depends on your personal goals you want to achieve . Have in mind that supplements will never replace proper diet or planning nutrition .
Road running …
I used to never like running i mean HATED IT couldn’t think that years later it will be my thing ,i was feeling so heavy , i was short of breath constantly and of course my running form was not great .Here i am enjoying every minutes of it anytime i’m running that’s feeling it’s just the best . The more you’re practising more you will develop skills . Road running might not be everyone cup of tea but it’s a great cardio exercise , great for your lungs , great for your heart . I insert in my workout plan road running at least twice of week .
Green smoothie…
It’s all about eating better and healthier when it comes about healthier it’s doesn’t necessarily mean bland tasteless food . I have discover that we can cook and create so many tasty healthy foods recipe and truly enjoy it as for a longtime ago thought that healthy nutrition is bland and flavourless .
On my favourite smoothie list that Green smoothie a mix of oat milk , spinach ,banana , avocado and peanut butter . This green smoothie is rich in carbs , protein and unsaturated fat a perfect combination for an healthy smoothie .
We most of time have the idea of healthy food boring well it’s wrong and totally untrue i have with time enjoy every healthy food recipes so far

Protein chipotle bowl…
Let’s me share one of my favourite healthy meal rich in protein “chipotle bowl” also very easy to prepare . You will need avocado ,ground beef, kidney beans and rice . I always use mexican style rice available in any supermarkets.When it comes about seasoning i spice up a little bit the rice, the beef and the kidney beans also adding chipotle sauce but it’s only according to your own taste.That meal is healthy and so easy to do especially if you are short on time or feel a little a bit lazy .Ground beef which high protein including kidney beans and avocado which is unsaturated fat (in other term good fat you save there :) Bon appetit !
Celery juice please !
I truly became a celery juice biggest fan 2 years ago , didn’t think i will like it or even see the benefits from it I sometimes mix up with some spinach leaves,cucumber,apples(in the pictures right there you can see i have mix it with some pineapple chunks)it’s only according to your own taste.I have to say that celery juice been great when it comes about cleaning my gut , including helping with some of my allergies .Celery juice is a low caloric drink an antioxidant prefect to fight the free radicals in our body .SO YES celery juice is a must in my opinion :)
My unhealthy habits …
When it comes about me i used to have unhealthy routine , most of my days was based on junk foods processed foods all day , everyday .To the point that i started to develop skin rashes on my hands a nightmare(probably food allergy but i decided to ignore it anyway i could spend massively on take away processed food most of my expenses was on that) . I was completely junk food addicted . Until i decided to make a change but i have say it’s took years to be able to change my unhealthy lifestyle i was so blinded by my bad habits. Killing myself softly, ignoring signs also loosing my hair , unbalanced hormones couldn’t have my period for a while and it wasn’t the sign of a pregnancy , if you do not take care of inner body it will definitely show it outside . When i started to make a change been physically active eating healthy i could feel my body slowly but surely healthier . it definitely motivate me to totally quit my unhealthy lifestyle with the times you realise it’s a privilege to be healthy and we should cherish our health, if you struggle with unhealthy habits have in mind that nothing is impossible IT’S possible to change for healthier habits .

I tell you what you can have a loving caring husband , the most supportive person you share you life with , who truly loves you for who you are and you’re still unhappy with yourself .
You can have amazing beautiful children , waking up every morning telling you that they love you , seeing in their eyes how proud they are for you to be their mum and still be unhappy with yourself .Well i was that girl uncomfortable in my own skin , my own body the matter how i tried to look beautiful i couldn’t accept my appearance . Until i decided to make a change changing my bad habits , my unhealthy routine i tell you what if you do not like it change it.It might be easy to say might be tough some days but have in mind nothing is impossible …
