It’s all about eating better and healthier when it comes about healthier it’s doesn’t necessarily mean bland tasteless food . I have discover that we can cook and create so many tasty healthy foods recipe and truly enjoy it as for a longtime ago thought that healthy nutrition is bland and flavourless .

On my favourite smoothie list that Green smoothie a mix of oat milk , spinach ,banana , avocado and peanut butter . This green smoothie is rich in carbs , protein and unsaturated fat a perfect combination for an healthy smoothie .

We most of time have the idea of healthy food boring well it’s wrong and totally untrue i have with time enjoy every healthy food recipes so far
