My favourite workouts …

I enjoy a variety of workouts, but my absolute favourite is Pilates. The focus on core strength, flexibility, and alignment resonates with me. I love how it promotes both physical and mental wellness definitely mental as you focus on 9 pilates principales Breathing, concentration , control , centering, Precision balanced , flow , relaxation , Whole body movement , it definitely allowing me to connect with my body in a mindful way. Additionally, I appreciate the challenge it offers; each session feels like a step towards improving my strength and balance.

I also enjoy incorporating some cardio workouts, like running 5k or 10k depending on days . These activities keep my heart healthy and add an element of fun to my routine. Ultimately, I believe that a mix of Pilates and cardio keeps my workouts enjoyable and motivating. Pilates it’s definitely a top tier .

Lifting weights is an excellent way to build strength, improve muscle tone, and boost your overall fitness level. It involves resistance training, which challenges your muscles and encourages them to adapt and grow stronger over time. Whether you’re lifting dumbbells, using resistance bands, or engaging with weight machines, the benefits extend beyond just physical appearance. Regular weight training can enhance your metabolism, support joint health, and even elevate your mood by releasing endorphins. It's important to start with a weight that feels manageable no need extra over the time when you feel comfortable enough with lifting you can definitely add more weight it’s called progressive overload which is increasing resistance and repetitions of an exercise , focusing on proper form to prevent injury and ensure maximum benefit and continue to challenge your body and help you achieve your fitness goals.
