Road running …

I used to never like running i mean HATED IT couldn’t think that years later it will be my thing ,i was feeling so heavy , i was short of breath constantly and of course my running form was not great .Here i am enjoying every minutes of it anytime i’m running that’s feeling it’s just the best . The more you’re practising more you will develop skills . Road running might not be everyone cup of tea but it’s a great cardio exercise , great for your lungs , great for your heart . I insert in my workout plan road running at least twice of week .
