My unhealthy habits …

When it comes about me i used to have unhealthy routine , most of my days was based on junk foods processed foods all day , everyday .To the point that i started to develop skin rashes on my hands a nightmare(probably food allergy but i decided to ignore it anyway i could spend massively on take away processed food most of my expenses was on that) . I was completely junk food addicted . Until i decided to make a change but i have say it’s took years to be able to change my unhealthy lifestyle i was so blinded by my bad habits. Killing myself softly, ignoring signs also loosing my hair , unbalanced hormones couldn’t have my period for a while and it wasn’t the sign of a pregnancy , if you do not take care of inner body it will definitely show it outside . When i started to make a change been physically active eating healthy i could feel my body slowly but surely healthier . it definitely motivate me to totally quit my unhealthy lifestyle with the times you realise it’s a privilege to be healthy and we should cherish our health, if you struggle with unhealthy habits have in mind that nothing is impossible IT’S possible to change for healthier habits .
