Protein chipotle bowl…

Let’s me share one of my favourite healthy meal rich in protein “chipotle bowl” also very easy to prepare . You will need avocado ,ground beef, kidney beans and rice . I always use mexican style rice available in any supermarkets.When it comes about seasoning i spice up a little bit the rice, the beef and the kidney beans also adding chipotle sauce but it’s only according to your own taste.That meal is healthy and so easy to do especially if you are short on time or feel a little a bit lazy .Ground beef which high protein including kidney beans and avocado which is unsaturated fat (in other term good fat you save there :) Bon appetit !
