Resistance band push up

Let’s go for a resistance band push up exercise

quite challenging but not impossible .

Have your resistance band on your back while you holding firmly each side of the band in your hands

tight your core ,your hands distance apart then push your arms away for you

Excellent compound excercise working on triceps,chest,shoulder
